Return Period
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in new condition, clean, free of dog hair, with all tags and original packaging.

- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out your exchanged item.
Please note that toys, face masks, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and clean with all tags and packaging intact. Items with damage or signs of use may be refused.
